Mr. Jayesh Kothari, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, is the Founder, proprietor & Guiding Force of the firm with over 25 years of experience. He has worked in senior positions in esteemed organizations like Syngenta India Ltd, ICICI Bank Ltd, Cybertech Systems & Software Ltd, and Inox Leisure Ltd. He has strong & enriching experience in handling tax matters and headed the tax function in these world-renowned organizations. Jayesh has about 22 years of extensive corporate experience in Direct Taxes- Domestic and International and Indirect Taxes-Service Tax, VAT and GST. He made a representation before various Income-tax authorities, VAT authorities, Service tax authorities, GST authorities and other tax authorities. Possess sound experience of fundraising through IPO including due diligence, CMA data preparation for bank loans etc.

Dipika Kothari is a Director at Jayesh Kothari & Co leading the accounts and administration function of the firm. Dipika is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University. She started her career by working with a renowned pharma agency in Mumbai. Her areas of expertise include accounts, banking and general administration.
